Responsibilities include working closely with members and clients to understand their event requirements, coordinating with different departments to ensure all aspects of the event are properly executed, managing event logistics, and providing exceptional service to ensure a memorable experience for our members and guests.
Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our members directly, fostering relationships, and working to retain their membership by ensuring their events exceed expectations. This hands-on approach allows you to contribute significantly to our members' satisfaction and loyalty.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have a strong ability to multitask.
