This role will support the planning, organization and execution of assigned events and contribute to all KWRI produced events and cultural expectations. We are looking for a fast-paced, independent thinker who prefers a challenging environment and has a proven track record for success.

* Under direct supervision, support all major event planning tasks and details in fulfillment of event vision and goals

* Provide exemplary customer service and maintain the events email queue through courteous and timely responded

* Execute assigned deliverables contained in event project plans to the larger foals of the event

* Research and report on benchmarking techniques to assist in determining the vision for future programs

* Train under task leads on all major aspects of Event Planning

* Support internal clients on their event goals and vision while staying in line with their budgetary needs

* Assist with company wide digital meetings, trainings and announcements

* Participate in the company wide initiatives that go beyond the Events Department

* Other duties as assigned

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (1-2 years in the Event Planning sphere)

* Drive to learn more about events and the real estate industry

* Ability to work under stressful conditions and time constraints and enjoy working on multiple projects at one time

* Proven track record for making events and task systems more efficient

* Ability to collaborate on solutions for the success of the project

* Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments while working collectively with other team members

* Have excellent time management and strong organizational skills

* Creative, capable of developing smart solutions and being profit sharing minded

* Be enthusiastic, positive, self-motivated!

* Be a leader amongst the team with event industry knowledge; help to create an atmosphere of experienced, positive planners

* Team player - Willingness to work outside of job description as the company and position changes, and have a thirst for new projects or new ways of making our events memorable and successful

* Thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and presentation skills to all sizes of groups

* Flexibility to occasionally work irregular business hours due to event schedules, set-up and break down

* Ability to lift, pull, push, up to 30 pounds, and move, assist and lift items of awkward weights and sizes

* During events you will be on your feet for long periods of time

* Travel up to 20 percent
