- Coordinate with clients to plan and execute events, ensuring all their needs are met.
- Manage event logistics, including setup, staffing, and schedules.
- Communicate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Oversee the event day operations to guarantee smooth execution.
- Collaborate with the hotel team to provide outstanding guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and billing for events.
- Assist with event marketing and client outreach as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
