We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events, including corporate meetings, conferences, seminars, and social gatherings. Your ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and ensuring client satisfaction is critical to the success of our eventsResponsibilities:
- Plan and execute events from conception through to completion, ensuring all aspects meet client expectations.
- Develop and manage budgets for each event, tracking expenses and ensuring adherence to financial parameters.
- Coordinate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure necessary services, materials, and equipment.
- Create and maintain project timelines to ensure all aspects of the event are completed on schedule.
- Oversee event logistics, including registration, seating arrangements, catering, and audiovisual services.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in event management software and online collaboration tools.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
