SUMMARY At 814 Lanes and Games' our Event Hosts provide friendly, enthusiastic service for our party customers. A Party Host sets the tone for a memorable experience by leading fun activities for the children while the parents sit back and enjoy the party. You will greet families, serve food and beverages, and guide children through scheduled activities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Greeting and communicating with guests and answering event related questions. Responsible for setting up, cleaning, and maintaining the room setup for events. Serve food, beverages, and/or cake to event guests. Maintain appropriate food levels on group buffets, platters, drink stations, etc. Assisting with delivering the best possible experience for event clients and notifying Management immediately if assistance is needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the event area throughout the event. Resetting all event rooms and areas to the default setting when done. Assist as needed in other areas as requested by a lead or manager. Maintain uniform standards and a professional appearance. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Party Hosts are team players who are enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient, and are willing to go the extra mile for our customers. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required. Must be able to communicate clearly. Must be able to work weekends. Education/Requirements:
Must be at least 16 years old. Experience Preferred.
