Support designated Programs.
• Manage databases, support initiatives that require analysis of large data sets and presenting analysis.
• Assist with event, seminar activities, including setting up seminars, meet and greet visitors.
• Manage travel, including making travel arrangements and submitting reimbursements.
• Updating ad tracking several spend budgets.
• Provide general administrative (i.e. manage large scale and complex meetings with 10+ attendees, providing coverage for a Function and its staff).
• Assist with coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Provide back-up support at own initiative or as requested.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assignments and projects, as necessary
Quals--
• 5-10 years equivalent administrative or business support experience and equivalent combination of related higher education and experience
• Excellent written, verbal and customer service skills
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Solid mathematic skills to review and process reimbursements
• Strong proofreading skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, where workflow is subject to changing priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skill
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of Bank management and staff.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams), Zoom and WebEx.
