Fundraising, Sponsorship and Event Planning- Assist Project Manager in targeting and communicating with appropriate funding sources
- Facilitate and track sponsorship requests and agreements
- Coordinate appropriate recognition of industrial support
- Submit final report of financial support
- Distribute/mail-out/manage sponsor packages prior to event
- Liaise with sponsor to manager recognition
- Coordinate billing and collections related to Sponsorships
- Post-conference follows up and evaluation of sponsor's feedback
- Generate weekly Sponsorship report for Project Manager and Dean
Other Event Management Duties- Work with Project Manager and other team members as needed on miscellaneous event-related tasks related to conference registration, menu planning and coordination, social program planning and implementation, participant materials,
Requirements:Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Must be proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Office, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
