As our brand continues to thrive and expand, we are in search of a full-time Event Producer who embodies leadership, adaptability, and responsibility. We seek an individual who is deadline-driven and excels in project management.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Director of Production to translate event concepts into actionable production plans.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of event production, including logistics, timelines, and budgets.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for events.
- Ensure communication between various stakeholders, including vendors and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Lead onsite event management, supervising setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to e.g. expenses, and vendor contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD preferred
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of executing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accuracy and quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required by event schedules.
Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000. Within this range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
