PRINCIPAL FUNCTION: In the midst of Jewish Dallas's vibrant growth, the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas aims to take on an innovative and bold role. Our team is seeking an adaptable, detail-oriented, and proactive Event Project Manager to join our mission.
In this role, you'll collaborate with a dedicated team of Federation professionals to amplify the organization's impact locally in Dallas, as well as globally in Israel and beyond. Working closely with our valued donors and volunteers, you'll champion high scale events driven by the principles of collective impact.
The Event Project Manager will have broad logistical oversight in the coordination of all major events of the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas. Event planning will range across Federation departments, including but not limited to major events for Campaign and other marquee events by the Advancement and the Impact Divisions.
An ideal candidate is familiar with the Jewish Federation's work and holds a deep passion for community-building through events and experiences. Above all, we value a collaborative spirit and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Experience: 3-5 years project management experience.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
The salary range is $60k - $70k for this position plus a comprehensive benefits package. Anticipated salary near midpoint; commensurate with experience. Benefits include a 3% 403b match, hybrid work schedule, 70% contribution towards individual health plan, 10-week paid family leave, JCC membership, among others.
