Salary Range: $47,890 - $55,420 per year

Event Promotions Assistant Overview: As an Event Promotions Assistant at Seronda Networks, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various events and promotions. This position is perfect for individuals who are enthusiastic about event management and marketing and are eager to develop their skills in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns.
• Help develop and distribute promotional materials, including flyers, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site setup.
• Engage with participants and attendees to ensure a positive experience and gather feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas for event themes, activities, and promotions.
• Maintain event databases and records, tracking key metrics for evaluation and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Prior experience in event planning, marketing, or promotions is a plus.
