Location: Remote (US)Salary: 21.50/hrSummary of Overall Job: Join the dynamic events team as the Registration Manager. The Registration Manager is responsible for both public and private sector audience acquisition for all events across e.Republic, including: Webinars, custom virtual or in-person events, large regional summits and in-house events. The Registration Manager works in a fast-paced environment and must provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. They will manage a large volume of outreach and communication via phone and email and must maintain a high level of accuracy and quality control on all products and services provided. Throughout the year this position will have the opportunity to travel to in-person events across the US to execute onsite registration needs and support at events.Essential Duties:
- Provide excellent customer support via phone and email to internal and external customers surrounding their event needs.
- Create and execute a plan of action with deadlines for each event assigned.
- Maintain strict adherence to event deadlines and projects.
- Frequently evaluate the health of each event assigned and coordinate with their Team Lead on additional needs and support to ensure the events success.
- Create, edit, and deploy event promotions utilizing marketing software.
- Conduct follow-up outreach and communication via email for event registration needs.
- Execute calls to prospective attendees and sponsors surrounding events.
- Assist in maintaining the accuracy of our contact database, including but not limited to updating contact information, creating new contacts, and submitting and editing registrations.
- Assist registrants in securely completing payment cycles for events with registration fees.
- Conduct internet research for new event leads as necessary.
- Produce clean and precise event reports to clients internally and externally.
- Prepare and ship materials for events if needed. This includes printing, stuffing, and folding of registration materials and badges, and other documents - in-house or on the road. This may require travel into the office if local.
- Travel to and provide onsite registration support for events, including: Unboxing and set up of registration and exhibit area (Bend, stoop, lift up to 50 lbs.), greet attendees, process onsite requests, and working in coordination with onsite team for additional assistance. The coordinator is still expected to manage their typical workload while on the road and may be required to travel on weekends.
- Setup, test, maintain, and troubleshoot onsite equipment and network which includes but is not limited to: MacBooks, laptops, printer, Wi-Fi hotspots, routers, and badge scanning application.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with responsibilities.
- Self-starter and able to work without supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Typing of at least an average of 55 wpm.
- Efficiently navigate the internet for research.
- Must have a minimum of two years of office experience.
- Must have a high level of technology literacy and be comfortable with problem-solving and troubleshooting programs and equipment.
- HTML experience a plus, but not required.
- Salesforce and/or HubSpot experience is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be in a work environment with reliable Internet access
