Job Description:

CMG Ventures is seeking a motivated Event Rental Specialist to join our Inside Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, processing sales orders, following up with clients and providing exceptional service to both new and existing customers. As part of a collaborative team, youll help us grow our client base and play a crucial role in driving repeat business through proactive communication and account management.

? Accurately enter sales quotes and manage client accounts, ensuring all details are up to date.

? Provide ongoing support to large accounts and ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication.

? Monitor active sales opportunities and update clients on any changes, additional needs, or order reviews.

? Adhere to established sales processes and procedures for timely and accurate order processing.

? Prepare sales reports, track key metrics, and participate in team sales meetings to share updates.

? Grow sales through timely follow-up with potential clients and effective closing techniques.

? Maintain active sales opportunities, moving them through the pipeline to close.

? Proactively participate in sales meetings to provide updates and share competitive insights.

? Re-engage with past clients to secure repeat business and identify new opportunities.

? Review annual sales jobs, research upcoming needs, and initiate contact to build opportunities.

? Maintain a mature list of sales opportunities and actively grow the client base.

? Regularly update CRM software with sales activity, opportunities, and client interactions.

? Support list-building initiatives by capturing and maintaining client email lists.

? Participate in marketing strategy discussions and help track campaign metrics.

? Generate new client leads through research, networking, and proactive outreach via phone and email.

? Actively mine for opportunities within industry publications, local markets, and online platforms.

? High School diploma required, additional education in a relevant field preferred.

? 3-5 years of relevant experience, with a strong focus on inside sales and customer relationship management.

? Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills

? Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

? Valid drivers license required.

Initial training for this position will take place at our Burlington, NC, location.

The base salary range for this full-time position is $40,000 - $45,000, with a competitive commission structure based on revenue generation.

The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant experience.
