DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this position, you will maintain the efficient, effective, and safe operation of all equipment and will assist with the setup, maintenance, and tear down for various types of events held at the complex. You will also maintain complex grounds and facility buildings with regards to equipment operations, trash, custodial functions, general maintenance, grounds keeping, and snow removal. The Farm Show Complex is a fast-paced environment with deadlines to meet to ensure events are ready and maintained throughout.

- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, Thursday - Monday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- This position may require working during emergencies and office closings.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONSMinimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience as an Equipment Operator A; or
- Two years of experience in the operation of heavy construction and specialized maintenance equipment used at this level with a gross vehicle weight of 32,001 pounds or more; or
- Any equivalent combination of experience or training.
Special Requirement:
- This position requires possession of a valid Class C Pennsylvania driver's license.
Condition of Employment
: - This position requires possession of a current Class B commercial driver's license (CDL) which is not under suspension.
Additional Requirements:
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
