Event Staff - Albany, NY - Part-Time, Sporadic - $18/hourCOMPANY:DDCues LLCLOCATION:Albany, NYSALARY:$18 per hourHOURS:Sporadic events, typically Saturdays and SundaysJOB DESCRIPTION:This detail is designed to be an observant, visual deterrent against theft, physical confrontation, and other offensive behavior. Event Staff is to use their command presence and verbal instruction to deter theft and address patrons that are harassing other patrons, damaging equipment, or creating physical confrontation. Event Staff WILL NOT make any form of physical contact with anyone unless they are protecting themselves or others from bodily harm. Event Staff will remain on post at all times and will not chase after or engage any patron that departs the property for physical confrontation, theft, equipment damage, or failure to pay for merchandise.RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain high situational awarenessMaintain a professional presence on post, acting as a deterrentAdhere to DDCues Post Orders and General InstructionsReport Incidents immediately as they occur, both to the on-site Supervisor and the DDCues Corporate OfficeEvent Staff will be professionally dressed in khaki or tan pants, a black shirt with no logos, and clean, professional footwear.
