Working normal business hours, mostly directly with the small Staffingforce team, managing & reporting on data in spreadsheets, moderating and responding to slack messages in our event channels, reviewing email and other copy as needed. How quickly are you looking to interview/hire? ASAP 4. I understand this is approximately a DURATION contract. Any possibility of extension or going perm? INDY - CAN WORK FROM OFFICE OR REMOTE Can this position be fully remote? YES BUT IF WE ARE ABLE TO CONVERT, IT WILL BE HYBRID 3/DAYS A WEEK IN INDY OFFICE. Any specific time zones this candidate will need to work to accommodate? TEAM IS SPLIT BETWEEN WEST & EAST COAST BUT THEY CAN WORK IN THEIR OWN TIME ZONE 7. Any other critical details to note for our suppliers?: WE ARE A SMALL DIRECT TEAM BUT WORK CROSS-FUNCTIONALLY WITH A LARGE NUMBER OF OTHER TEAMS. SOMEONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR AN EVENT ROLE THAT ISN'T EVENT PLANNING - THIS ROLE IS MORE ON THE BACKEND OF THE EVENT, SUPPORTING THE EMPLOYEES AT OUR EVENTS. THIS IS MOSTLY SPREADSHEET/DATA MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE (VIA ANSWERING MESSAGES IN SLACK). THE TEAM IS RELATIVELY NEW - DOING THIS FOR 1 - 3 YEARS. WE ARE STILL BUILDING OUT OUR PROCESSES/PROCEDURES, ESPECIALLY AROUND REPORTING. _________ This role is specific to the employee experience at our events, playing a critical role in supporting employee engagement for Salesforce s customer events. This position will support the Staffingforce event leads and the reporting and analytic needs of the team. *Primary Responsibilities (Essential Functions):* * Manage timelines and accuracy of all staffing deliverables * Support staffing leads in the building and maintenance of the Staffingforce tool (Rainfocus) * Moderate employee communication Slack Channels * Track relevant metrics according to KPIs aligned to the Operations Center of Excellence * Perform audits and reporting to monitor staffing and ensure employee compliance * Travel onsite to support the event execution for staffingforce, as needed * Other duties as assigned *Knowledge and Skill Requirements:* * 2 years successful event registration, content management, or project management experience * Comfortable using complex formulas and large data sets in google sheets * Creative mindset and ability to come up with unique solutions * Highly organized and detail-oriented with exceptional database management skills * Exceptional communications skills and experience working in a highly cross-functional organization * Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment with complex requirements, competing priorities, and last minute changes * Adept at working on multiple projects at once, setting priorities, working independently, problem solving, improvising, and functioning as part of a team that often must perform under pressure * Self-starter who can prioritize workload in a strict deadline-oriented environment * Ability to manage up on tasks and communicate out to the team, know when to ask for help * Willingness to take on additional tasks and roles with a can-do attitude * Knowledge of GSuite & Slack required
