Position Overview:This role focuses on hospitality and operational support within a corporate law firm environment. The primary responsibility is ensuring the smooth operation of the two main kitchens on the firm's two floors, assisting with daily meeting setups, and providing reception coverage when needed. Additionally, the position involves cross-training to support the copy center with tasks such as copying, printing, and scanning. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a corporate or legal setting, particularly with conference room setup and breakdown, as well as hospitality and front desk duties. This is a customer-facing position that requires excellent service and a positive attitude.Key Responsibilities:Hospitality & Kitchen Support: Manage the daily setup and maintenance of two main kitchens across two floors, ensuring a clean, organized, and well-stocked environment for staff and visitors.Meeting Setup & Breakdown: Assist with the setup and breakdown of conference rooms for meetings, ensuring all materials and technology are in place for smooth operations.Reception Coverage: Provide reception coverage during lunch breaks or other periods of absence, answering phones, greeting visitors, and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.Copy Center Support: Assist in the copy center with tasks such as copying, printing, and scanning documents, ensuring that all materials are completed accurately and on time.Supply Management: Handle the physical aspect of the role, including receiving and putting away shipments of supplies, and managing inventory to ensure the kitchen and supply areas are well-stocked and organized.Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service to staff, visitors, and clients, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.Qualifications:Experience:Prior experience in hospitality or front desk roles, ideally within a corporate or legal environment.Experience in conference room setup and breakdown is highly preferred.Previous experience working with copy, print, and scanning tasks is an advantage.Education: Bachelors Degree
