BASIC FUNCTION AND RESPONSIBILITY

Supports and drives event and marketing execution for all Airxcel brands, with a focus on events to support and drive brand awareness and support demand for our products and services. This position will facilitate and manage our event and show program under the supervision and direction of the Director of Product Marketing. This position must be based in the Elkhart Indiana area and is not eligible for foreign worker sponsorship.

CHARACTERISTIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports Sr Director's marketing strategy by brand (Aqua Hot, Coleman-Mach, Dicor, Maxxair, MCD, Suburban, et. al) with VP of marketing, aftermarket, and international sales, and ensures corporate strategy aligns with and supports divisional Annual Operating Plan objectives, through event and show marketing programs.
  • Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, product launches, and company-sponsored activities.
  • Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans to ensure successful execution.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, speakers, and other stakeholders to meet event requirements.
  • Ensure brand standards are upheld across all marketing events.
  • Manage event registration, attendee communication, and post-event feedback.
  • Monitor event performance metrics and create post-event reports with actionable insights.
  • Aligns product launch activities with quarterly product focus calendar, rolling marketing calendar detailing all marketing activities accomplished and upcoming through project management using Function Fox to track projects and associated tasks.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to support events and broader marketing objectives.
  • Create content for event promotions, including social media posts, email newsletters, and press releases.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and presentations.
  • Monitor event performance using analytics tools and optimize for better outcomes.

  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and creative, to align events and marketing activities with organizational goals.
  • Partner with external agencies, sponsors, and influencers to maximize reach and engagement if needed.

Digital and Social Media:

  • Initiate event-related digital marketing initiatives, including paid and organic social media campaigns utilizing internal and external resources if need be.
  • Maintain event and marketing content on the company website and other digital platforms.

Budgeting and Reporting:

  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency.
  • Provide detailed reports on event ROI and campaign effectiveness.

Employees may be eligible for reimbursement of the cost of tuition for academic or vocational courses, subject to approval by the President, after twelve months of service.

Health Insurance

Upon the first of the month following date of hire, employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.

FMLA

Employees must meet three criteria in order to be eligible for FMLA leave.

The employee must:

• Have worked for the employer for at least 12 months;

• Have at least 1,250 hours of service in the 12 months before taking leave;* and Work at a location where the employer has at least 50 employees within 75 miles of the employee's worksite.

Short-Term Disability

Upon the first of the month following 60 days of employment, employees are eligible for short-term disability insurance on a voluntary basis. The company pays 70% of the cost.

Life Insurance

Upon the first of the month following 60 days of employment, employees are eligible for company-provided life insurance.

Section 125 Cafeteria Plan

The company provides a voluntary benefit plan under Section 125 of the IRS Code which permits employees to pay for certain eligible expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Sick Leave

Employees accrue sick leave at a rate of 3.7 hours per pay period. Accrual continues up to a maximum of 48 hours.

Vacation/Personal Time

Your starting vacation time accrual will be 3.7 hours per pay period or 12 days per year. Accrual continues up to a maximum of 136 hours.

Upon the first of the month following 90 days of employment, employees are eligible for participation in the plan.
