This position assists with setting up and breaking down event spaces, and other tasks related to event management. This position assists with on- campus office and department moves.This position is not tele-work eligible.Responsibilities¿ Set up tables, chairs, stages, and other equipment according to event plans. For sporting events or graduation, this may include preparing ground areas.¿ Tear down equipment and supplies after the event, and store them properly¿ Assist event coordinators and attendees, and answer questions.¿ Respond to guests' special requests in a courteous and accountable manner. Respond to requests of the organizer or executive director.Required Qualifications¿ High School Diploma or GED preferred¿ Valid Georgia Driver's License Required¿ At least 6 months of related experience requiredKnowledge, Skills, & Abilities¿ Ability to work within a team.¿ Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
