The organization is committed to providing a positive and supportive experience for its employees while continually offering opportunities for professional development and career growth.This is an as needed, in the evenings, role paying $20/hour.The OpportunityOsher Events Assistants assist with our event operations. Reporting to the Event Coordinator, the Events Assistant help with greeting and checking in guests, event execution, and other tasks as assigned. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in high-end corporate events. What You Will Do:
  • Greet guests at check-in
  • Ensure that guests are properly registered
  • Assist with event set up and break down
  • Collect content for Osher's social media team
  • Assist the Event Coordinator with additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree and/or recent graduate
  • Previous experience in events is a plus
  • Some customer service experience in events, retail, food service, or other related field
  • Familiarity with the Jewish calendar and traditions or willingness to learn
