About the Job:
- Act as the main point of contact for departmental meeting needs including but not limited to, supply inventory management, meeting coordination, calendaring execution, set-up and take-down, and IT support.
- Spearhead event/meeting planning needs start-to-finish through owning vendor selection, communication to mass internal and external audiences, vendor selection, catering, meeting material completion and distribution and signage.
- Oversee all parts of event registration such as making distribution lists, producing confirmations and RSVP lists, and reminders for attendees.
- Provide front desk support through welcoming guests, assisting with internal communication upon visitor arrivals, managing an organized welcome area and any ad hoc requests.
- Manage an organized calendar, coordinating meetings, appointments, and conferences with internal and external contacts, including high-level stakeholders.
- Track and maintain budgets and spending, including expense reports and invoicing tasks. .
- Provide additional support on special projects and initiatives using strong customer service techniques.
