Event Setup is responsible for:
- Preparing meeting rooms and spaces for events including social gatherings, lectures, and meetings.
- Setting up the meeting room, arranging tables and chairs, equipment, and refreshments to specific requirements/requests.
- Ensuring that member and guest needs are met throughout the event, including additional refreshments, adjusting lighting, and climate control.
- Clean-up and set-up of the room for the next event.
- Assisting with Banquets and other functions.
Requirements
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must have some technical ability.
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Must be able to move furniture.
