They are expanding their team and need an experienced Events Planner/Coordinator to manage a variety of corporate events with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.Job Description: The Events Planner/Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of corporate events. This role requires managing multiple events simultaneously, working with vendors and stakeholders, and ensuring a high standard of service for all event attendees.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events including dinners, receptions, and multi-day retreats.
- Manage relationships with vendors, IT, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth event operations.
- Oversee event logistics such as budgeting, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
- Communicate effectively with C-level executives and other stakeholders.
- Handle any special requests and ensure a seamless experience for clients and attendees.
- Flexible work hours as needed for events.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate event planning.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Adobe; experience with event planning software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience interacting with senior executives and managing diverse events.
- Background in legal or corporate environments is preferred but not required.
Additional Details:
- The position involves a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days remote each week.
- Must be willing to work 45-50 hours per week, including occasional overtime and late nights.
