The Opportunity:
We are in search of a dynamic Event Specialist to join our North America Marketing team. This role works alongside Sales and Product teams to understand priorities and execute on field marketing programs that align with regional go-to-market efforts andthe global marketing strategy.
What you will do:
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and other teams to align regional marketing and event plans with broader go-to-market (GTM) priorities and the global marketing strategy.
- Drive the regional execution of field marketing campaigns; though heavily focused on events, campaigns may also include content marketing, paid media and other tactics. Strong teamwork, communication and collaboration skills are critical.
- Partner closely with GTM teams to identify events that elevate the company's brand, accelerate pipeline and support product strategy; events may include custom thought leadership programs, roadshows, trade shows & sponsorships, sales dinners, webinars, etc.
- Plan and complete events from start to finish, including event logistics, Sales team enablement, scheduling, travel planning, invitations, swag/giveaways, attendee management, speaker programming, and post-event outreach/lead nurturing.
- Partner with external firms to ensure an optimal on-site event experience is delivered.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to define metrics, measure and track success; manage budgets and track ROI; use data to inform decisions.
Who you are:
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, event management or sales enablement within the financial services, data and/or technology industries.
- Familiarity with event management tools, registration platforms, CRM systems, and other event technology to streamline event processes and enhance attendee experiences.
- Experience working with designers and agencies on booth, exhibit and experiential event design.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and tools, including social media and email marketing.
- Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
