Description The Clemson University College of Education seeks highly qualified candidates to fill course instruction needs in the Department of Educational and Organizational Leadership Development (EOLD). This part-time opportunity to teach one or more courses is available on an as-needed basis. Courses may be offered in spring, summer, and/or fall terms and be offered in one or more modalities ranging from in-person to asynchronous online. The start date varies according to departmental teaching needs. The areas of content expertise required by the department align with program areas, which include: athletic leadership (MS and undergraduate minor); educational leadership in PK-12 (MEd, EdS, and PhD) and higher education settings (PhD); improvement science (EdD); human capital education development (BS); human resource development (MHRD); student affairs (MEd); and dissertation writing and support. A limited number of full-time visiting positions may be available in some program areas.Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Master's degree in a related field Doctoral (or terminal degree) in a related field (required to teach in graduate-level programs) Expertise in content aligned with a departmental program area A commitment to inclusive teaching, creating an inclusive learning and working environment, and working alongside persons with diverse backgrounds Preferred Qualifications: Previous higher education teaching experience Experience teaching with modality in which course is offered Practical experience in an applied field aligned with a departmental program areaApplication Instructions Applications must be submitted via Interfolio ( ).
