Benefits Available!Weekly Pay! $15.00/HourShift Details: 3:00PM-11:30PM DESCRIPTION:Position SummaryResponsible for cleaning clinical and non clinical areas of the facility in accordance with departmental and hospitalpolicyWill also perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Major Responsibilities:Quality:Adhere to safety and sanitation policiesAdhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, solid waste and linenMaintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all time Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.Service:Focus on patient experience and follow all patient experience standardsCollaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.Manage service recovery as needed.People:Foster a culture of commitment to the client vision, mission, and values of the organizationParticipate in team and individual employee trainingGrowth:Participate in training with senior housekeepers to further develop/advance within the industry.Finance:Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.Follow all time keeping standards: time clock procedures, meal breaks, timely clockingOther:Performs other duties as assigned.Practices and adheres to the “Code of Conduct” and “Mission and Value Statement.” Education & Experience: High School Graduate or EquivalentPreferred1 + years of experience in healthcare Preferred1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred Licensure, Certifications, Training:Credential•: Required: Preferred:Grace Period Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors:Honor our Mission and Values: Builds trust and acts with authenticity to cultivate a culture ofintegrity, inclusion, and mutual respect.
