Please note, this is a very physical position that requires heavy lifting, bending, rotating, etc. Must be 18+ to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to perform laborious work daily and in inclement weather
- Great communication skills & professional attitude
- Efficient and effective problem-solving skills
- Ability to connect with customers regarding excavation issues on their property
- Washington State Drivers License and Proof of Insurability
- Ability to follow direction and excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of state and local regulations
- Knowledge of tools, testing devices, and surroundings
- Ethical approach to service and sales
- Clean MVR & Valid Driver's License
- Must pass pre-employment drug and background screen
- Ability to handle heavy equipment at least 50 LBS
