SF Bay Area Candidates OnlyCompensation: $100,000 - $125,000 per year The exact compensation may vary based upon skills and experience You provide administrative support to three executive leaders in this highly visible role.The role requires a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, quality focus, a can-do attitude, and agility in a fast-paced, deadline-driven organization. You maintain the utmost confidentiality as you have exposure to sensitive & confidential information. You need to be an expert in internal procedures, processes and techniques to complete assignments in line with the executives' activities and goals. Your daily routine also includes interaction with various executive-level internal clients across the organization. You possess the skills to work well in a team environment, represent the leadership group with the highest degree of professionalism and business understanding, and deliver flawless and on-time work output.This is a full-time exempt position which reports directly to the CEO and is based in Milpitas, CA. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:Executive Calendar & Meeting Management:o Strategically manage complex and detailed executive calendarso Manage the coordination and logistics of internal and external meetingso Coordinate international travel arrangements including flights, transportation and lodging for Executiveso Drive and track executive level team communication activities:o All-hands events, customer briefings, meeting minutes & leadership meetingso Support preparation of meeting agenda, presentations, and team communicationso Comfortable with orchestrating and managing online, hybrid and in-person events including large team meetingso Maintain calendar of key management and board meetings, assist with their preparation, and as required, attend these meetings o Capture meeting minutes & action items & follow up with assignees to completiono Maintain Board records, assigned corporate records and contractsAdministrative:o Timely coordination and processing of assigned executives' invoices and travel expense claims.
