Alutiiq Solutions, LLC a subsidiary of Alutiiq, LLC has an opening for an Executive Administrative Assistant to provide executive administrative to support to the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Comptroller, Command Operations Group and NAVAIR Staff Office located at Patuxent River Md. This position requires onsite support, with limited telework opportunity.

This position resides within Comptroller/Command Operations front office spaces, as such the incumbent will be required to cover the reception area in a professional manner and coordinate schedule with other staff members to ensure coverage is adequate. This position will meet, greet and direct people both in person, on-line and via phone conversation.

* The successful candidate will have an understanding of the NAVAIR organization, a comprehensive understanding of the NAVAIR Command Leadership Team (CLT), and an understanding of Department of Navy reporting chain, enabling appropriate prioritization of calendar, phone calls, schedule, and workload considerations.

* Responsibility will include leadership's calendars, coordinating meetings and keeping calendar on track throughout the day. A high level of expertise utilizing Microsoft office and its features is required, to include ability to proficiently operate within Microsoft Teams.

* Position will provide support to executive level meetings, will act as the primary/backup point and facilitator of meetings, conferences and VTCs held within the Management Information Center (MIC); will schedule VTC's, provide VTC setup, and meeting facilitator as determined by the staff office operations officer.

* Executive administrative support will provide Navy correspondence support utilizing appropriate internal controls.

* Responsible to operate within the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and other systems (SharePoint, VTC support, and DTS) on a daily basis.

* The NAVAIR administrative expert will work independently on projects requiring research and preparation of briefing charts and other presentation materials. He/she will utilize administrative expertise, forethought and judgement to ensure Executive Leadership is provided current requisite materials for daily meetings and informed of nuances to meetings throughout the day.

* Position will work independently on tasks, as well as coordinate with others in support of group efforts.

* This position requires ability to multi-task and frequent reprioritization of workload as well as ability maintain customer focus.

Payrate: $36.86 - $37.59 Hourly

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

* BS or BA Degree in a Business, Management or Relevant Technical Discipline . ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: The equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience can be substituted for a BS or BA degree.

* Security Clearance Required: Secret

* Pursuant to the Government Contract, you must be a U.S. Citizen.

* At least two (2) years of related administrative and analytical experience.

* Will work independently on tasks, as well as coordinate with others in support of group efforts
