Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Administrative Assistant at Piedmont Water Company in Chamblee, GA. The Executive Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to executives, managing communication, and utilizing clerical skills to ensure smooth operations. Helpful if have some legal experience or paralegal certification.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree required

· Support corporate governance efforts, such as entity management changes, annual filings, and maintaining a corporate tracker.

· Perform clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents.

· Prepare and organize legal documents for upcoming meetings and correspondence.

· Schedule and attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes.

· Receive incoming communication or memos, review contents, determine importance, and summarize and/or distribute contents to appropriate staff.

· Perform other related duties as assigned, including personal administrative tasks as needed.

· Knowledge of corporate law and legal administrative experience.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

· Extensive knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.

· Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.

· Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software.
