Job DescriptionWe are seeking a passionate and skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team! Min Background Requirements:
- 1-2 Years minimum background of Legal Assistant or Paralegal
- Attends appointments with primary Attorney, keeping him organized, keeping his calendar. (Personal Assistant)
- Take notes/transcribing notes.
- Drafting, create design templates for trusts, flow charts.
- Tech savvy - Microsoft, Office Suites, Excel, PowerPoint, Curo, Sharefile, Trello
- Preferably obtained Paralegal Certification, but not required
- Engaging, personable, hardworking, stable, go-getter, with reliable transportation.
- Will travel to other offices with Attorney when appointments require it.
