Job Description:
Are you an experienced administrative professional with a background in supporting C-level executives? We're seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings (including early-morning sessions), assist with event planning, and handle office operations.This role is 100% on-site and offers a temporary-to-hire opportunity.   • Provide comprehensive administrative support to several C-level executives, including managing multiple complex calendars, and scheduling meetings.
  • Coordinate virtual and in-person meetings, including setting up video conferences and taking minutes during early-morning executive meetings (occasional 7:00 AM starts required).
  • Greet and interact with senior leadership, staff, and external visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Assist in event planning and coordination, supporting executive and HR-led initiatives such as new hire orientations, town hall meetings, and other organizational events.
  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of multiple meeting rooms, working closely with the internal catering team and external vendors for room bookings, meal orders, and logistical needs.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory through Workday and provide basic administrative support, including document scanning, copying, and processing invoices.
  • Prepare presentations, organizational charts, and other documents using PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in providing executive-level administrative support, preferably within a healthcare or corporate setting.
  • Experience with Workday or similar systems for ordering supplies and processing invoices is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellend verabl and written communication skills
