Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage complex executive schedules, prioritizing time-sensitive engagements and ensuring seamless organization of meetings and board activities.
- Lead and oversee key projects, monitoring progress, collaborating with team members, and ensuring that all project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Foster a collaborative work environment by supporting cross-functional initiatives, coordinating team activities, and promoting effective communication.
- Prepare detailed reports, executive summaries, and presentations to support informed decision-making by the executive team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Maintain organized systems for documents, reports, and digital files to facilitate quick access and streamlined workflows.
- Utilize and implement modern office tools and software to enhance productivity, improve processes, and effectively manage the flow of information.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in an executive or administrative support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to new tools and software.
