The ideal candidate will be responsible for many different tasks related to the operations of the business, providing complete administrative support. They will field calls and maintain calendars. This position reports to the President. This is an onsite position. Additionally, this individual will organize reports and documents to ensure ease of access.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily activities of the executive team
- Answer and direct all incoming phone calls
- Maintain calendars
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
- Office management, including remote locations
- Handle memos, reports, invoices, expenses, and related documents
- Establish communications between customers, executives and other internal members and departments
- Interact with external vendors and partners
- Handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information
- Prepare and organize documents, financial data, and reports
- Support Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Operations business units as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4 to 5 years of experience in administrative role supporting executive or senior management
- Strong customer service - internal and external
- Experience in project coordination
- Good analytical abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including listening
- Ability to work in high intensity, fast-paced environment
- Strong proficiency in computer abilities - CRM, MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and databases), Salesforce or similar
- Demonstrated experience maintaining and supporting budget duties; good math skills
