ShopMy is seeking a motivated and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to directly support the day to day administrative functions of our VP, Creator Partnerships & our President. You will ensure the ship is running smoothly, ensuring our leaders have the materials and information they need to be successful each and every day. You are comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, are a wizard with calendar management and show up everyday with a confident can-do attitude.This role is remote, but the hire must be located in NYC.The compensation for this role will be between $65,000-$70,000 annually.Roles and responsibilities...
- Proactive management of complex calendars to ensure effective and efficient day to day scheduling
- Excellent management of multiple email inboxes to ensure prompt replies and maintaining of business needs
- Maintain our Hubspot CRM system- inputting and organizing relevant client and creator data to keep accurate records and notes.
- Attend both internal and external meetings for comprehensive note taking & action item tracking to keep track of follow ups and action items.
- Prep the team for meetings in an excellent way (market research, background information, prep notes shared ahead of time.)
- Ensure the VP, Creator Partnerships & President hit deadlines and deliverables
- Ad-hoc projects across the organization and maintain project timelines to ensure completion.
- Partnership with Talent team on scheduling interviews or onboarding of new employees
- Event planning company outings, creator events, dinners, holiday parties or other similar events

- 1-2 years supporting an Executive in a remote or hybrid corporate environment
- Bachelor's Degree
- Outstanding organizational and communication skills
- Expert in Google Suites, Zoom & Microsoft Office
- Fierce can-do attitude and mindset- no ask is impossible!

- History of creative problem solving and elite executive support
