This means the successful candidate is expected to reportto GM Global Technical Center in Warren, Michigan, three times per week, at minimum.The Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to three VP's of Infrastructure and Corporate Citizenship. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate needs at a high level. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities, both internal and external, requiring independent thinking and judgment.What you'll do:Manage complex calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsCoordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materialsProvide solutions to non-routine problems of moderate scope and complexity, demonstrating independent thinking and adaptabilitySupport executives in day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations and timely completion of tasks with accuracyUtilize MS Office applications to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentationsCreate and maintain presentation material for senior level meetingsMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionMake discriminating decisions regarding the distribution and flow of information and workIdentify opportunities for process improvement and initiate solutions that enhance productivity and efficiencyRequired Qualifications:Minimum of 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple ExecutivesBachelors Degree preferred (and/or equivalent experience)Demonstrated ability to look ahead, proactive anticipation of leader and business needsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyDemonstrated ability to work with a high level of integrity and discretionExtensive experience managing complex calendars and schedulesAdvanced skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPointExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalMust be willing to accommodate varied time zones and schedules to support VP'sThis job is not eligible for relocation benefits.
