Job Summary and QualificationsUnder the general direction of the President/Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer, performs highly diversified administrative duties.
What qualifications you will need:Associates degree, or two years of college-level office/business administration course work required; bachelors degree preferred
A minimum of five years secretarial experience required, including three years at an executive level
Good interpersonal skills required in order to communicate effectively with internal and external callers and visitors and provide information (often of a sensitive or highly confidential nature) with courtesy and tact
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Good analytical skills necessary in order to handle complex administrative details
Good judgment needed to assess and prioritize multiple activities for supported executives
Working knowledge of multiple office software products, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Research Psychiatric Center is a 95+ bed facility. We offer acute inpatient, day treatment, and community-based outpatient behavioral healthcare. We treat adolescents, adults, and senior adults for emotional disorders, mental illness, and substance abuse.
