Summary:

Coordinates and administers activities to support the Chief Experience Officer. Responsible for planning meetings, generating reports, meeting minutes and materials, conducting research, and liaising/communicating with internal business partners and vendor partners. Works closely with Chief Experience Officer and their team to achieve business goals.

Qualifications & Education:

* H.S. education required; Bachelor's Degree preferred

* Minimum of four years administrative experience in an office environment or related required

* Expert level verbal and written communication skills required.

* High level of trust and diplomacy required.

* Ability to motivate and influence others

* Ability to pay attention to details, manage time effectively, and multitask

* Excellent internal communications, record keeping, meeting minutes, regulatory reporting, general Microsoft Office software, presentation preparation skills required.

Job Duties:

* Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of Executive's time and productive interactions with staff, support partners and the public

* Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people

* Manages the Executive's schedule, meeting preparations, follow-up tasks, and complex travel arrangements.

* Exercises discretion in committing time and evaluating needs.

* Maintains electronic and paper filing systems

* Provides coordination, monitoring, and communication of projects and programs managed/supported by the Experience Organization

* Conducts research and information gathering on behalf of the executive and prepares summaries and reports

* Assists the Executive in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences

* Develops positive and strategic relationships at all levels

* Uses discretion, judgement, and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities. Maintains highest level of confidentiality related to all business matters

* May be responsible for directing and deploying support staff or other resources

* Performs other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $72,000-$86,500 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
