Pay Range: $26.44+ Hourly Depending On Experience

General Purpose

This position is responsible for a broad scope of responsibilities and accurately performing a variety of clerical and secretarial functions. Some duties are complex and require independent judgment.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

? Provide customer service per the Signature Banking culture.

? Coordinates the activities of, and provides clerical support to, the Chief Executive Officer as well as other executives as assigned. This includes composing emails, letters, etc.

? Liaison to the Board of Directors and Shareholders of Pueblo Bancorporation

? Respond timely to customer requests.

? Maintain and create spreadsheets used to support assigned duties as well as assist with various projects, such as tracking board committee attendance, operations task lists, audit schedules, etc.

? Arrange conferences and committee meetings as directed, including compilation of meeting documents and distribution to committee members.

? Prepares and arranges accommodations for Board of Directors and Shareholders meetings and events.

? Assist with the administration of several computer systems to include the granting of access to OnBoard, the accounts payable system, authorizing the corporate credit card authorizations, and other systems as assigned.

? Organization of all documentation presented and processed to include paper and electronic filing for Board Committees, exams and audits.

? Assist with preparation of board reports as assigned.

? Maintain an acceptable level of regular predictable absences, including proper notification as per Bank policy and procedures.

? Assist with internal audits as needed.

? Management of Bank wide calendars. Other Duties

? Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

? Provide administrative assistance and support as assigned.

? Answer multiple line telephone and accurately take messages when necessary.

? Maintain the Banks customer service expectations without sacrificing the integrity of the Bank.

? Knowledge of standard accounting/payroll or banking concepts, practices, and procedures

? Intermediate knowledge of MS Office to include Word, Excel, and Outlook. Skills

Education

? Associate degree or equivalent required.

? Bachelors Degree, with Business major preferred. Experience
