Overview

The Executive Administrative Assistant (EAA) is responsible for handling a wide range of high-level administrative support while managing confidential information with discretion. The EAA must be able to be adaptable, tech-savvy, and skilled at prioritizing multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.

  • Provides comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership
  • Handles sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Supports and coordinates various technology-related projects and initiatives
  • Organizes meeting, prepares documentation, arranges travel, meetings, conferences, and events and maintains executive calendars
  • Proactively reads, researches, routes, and responds to correspondence
  • Processes and tracks important documents and correspondence
  • Maintains strict confidentiality
  • Performs other duties and/or tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications and Education

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-4 years' experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant
  • Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel
  • Excellent ability to learn new systems quickly with a focus on technology
  • Excellent time management, critical thinking, decision making, and problem-solving skills
  • Acute attention to detail and professionalism in all areas of responsibilities
  • Excellent teamwork ethics
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Physical Demands

  • Must be able to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets and office machinery
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and written

  • Must be able to travel by air for 8+ hours
  • Valid Driver's License
