Position Summary:

In this in-office position, you are entrusted with the responsibility of carrying out your daily tasks and assigned duties while demonstrating the highest level of integrity. You are expected to provide support to the Chief Medical Officer and the clinical team to aid in the development, implementation and evaluation of projects that enhance the quality of care provided in our facilities.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years proven work experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant
  • Associates or Bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Prior experience in a healthcare related business appreciated but not required
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills with ability to learn new systems and become familiar with company specific programs and software
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Expert writing and editing skills
  • Must be able to work in office in our Beachwood Corporate Office.
Responsibilities:
  • Maintains executives appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel
  • Reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information and initiating telecommunications
  • Produces reports by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, analyzing and reporting data
  • Coordinates projects to ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness
  • Attends meetings with or on behalf of the executive, takes minutes, tracks action items and commitments arising from meetings to ensure timely completion
  • Ensures databases are accurate and routinely updated
  • Acts as a point of contact between executives and employees/clients
  • Maintains an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Demonstrates consistent quality and accuracy of work product
  • Utilizes critical thinking skills to operate independently as needed and provide ideas and collaboration on projects
  • Protects corporate operations by keeping information confidential
  • Projects a professional image consistent with that of the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Corporate Leadership
  • Other duties as assigned by the CMO in support of the clinical team or the Company
  • Complete and/or attend all training and education as assigned and as otherwise required by applicable law, rule, or regulations
  • Requires working under stressful conditions and, at times, irregular hours or in other positions temporarily, when necessary
