Meta is seeking an experienced Administrative Partner to support up to three directors in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a strong problem-solver, detail oriented and organizationally skilled to manage nuanced calendaring and travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time.4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives 4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives 4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives Experience balancing competing priorities Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite Experience supporting senior-level executives, and adapting and anticipating a leader's needs Experience being flexible in adapting to swift changes on a dynamic team and business Experience supporting sales functions at a fast-paced, large scale company Experience coordinating large, complex events with 75+ attendees Adept at working with internal and external cross-regional partners across global time zones Experience learning and adopting new technologies BA/BS
