Compass Healthcare Consulting & Placement is conducting a search for an Executive Administrative Project Manager for a Home Health Care Agency with an office in Manhattan, NY. Qualified candidates will have a strong background in project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams, focusing on keeping the talented workforce engaged and motivated. Must have excellent administrative and clerical skills including project management and proven analytical abilities to support the President in documenting operational processes and project analysis. Background in health care data and analytics, superior computer skills. Healthcare experience, preferred.
The Executive Administrative Project Manager role within the operations department is a key position. This role will focus on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Some Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for the President-project updates, managing expectations and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Utilize analytics tools and metrics to identify trends and patterns related to the business
- Developing reports that highlight potential risks and opportunities.
- Identify areas for operational improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity, and performance.
- Work closely with various departments (e.g., finance, HR, logistics) to align project goals with organizational objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Ability to manage assigned projects from inception to completion
- Creating data driven presentations
- Running reports and analysis of data
- Ability to compose and transcribe comprehensive operations plans, objectives and step by step processes
- Execution of projects and programs of various complexities, including work in health care program planning, research, design or related area
- Additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Science, Healthcare or Business Degree.
- A minimum of five years in a health care environment with project management responsibilities preferred
- Tech Savvy, Proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Project, Excel, Word and standard computer programs required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in-office located in Manhattan, NY, some travel may be required
