The estimated salary range for this role is $71,190.00 to $99,667.00 annually.

Provides high level administrative support & manages relationships with the credit union's Board of Directors, including managing confidential information and coordinating Board meetings.

Responsible for the coordination, preparation, attendance at, and documentation of proceedings at monthly Board of Directors meetings, Annual Meeting of members, annual Board strategic planning meetings, and Board Committee meeting.

Handles confidential and sensitive information, supporting the proper functioning of the credit union's governance and Board of Directors, and aiding the Sr. Executive Administrator to CEO & BOD.

Supports the liaison efforts between the executive team and Board volunteers, and assist in managing all aspects of Board travel, conferences, reimbursements, 1099 tracking, training, technology needs, and onboarding processes.

Collaborate in the preparation, drafting, editing, reviewing, and coordination with the Chief Legal & Risk Officer on all Board documents, policy updates, and records, including agendas and minutes for the Board and its Committees, as well as the Supervisory Committee

Assists with additional/miscellaneous projects as assigned by Sr. Executive Administrative to CEO & BOD as well as the broader executive team.
