Executive Administrator I
In this Executive Administrator role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to multiple Executive Leadership Personnel. Responsible for handling Calendars, high level contacts of a sensitive nature ,collecting and preparing information for use in discussions/meetings of executive staff and outside individuals.
This role is Hybrid role: 3 days on office, 2 days remote.
Job Description:
* Calendar management: Scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring the executive is set up for success.
* Handling correspondence and phone calls: Managing the executive's communication
* Preparing reports, presentations, and data: Organizing documents and reports
* Organizing travel arrangements: Making travel arrangements for the executive
* Maintaining filing systems and record keeping: Keeping up with paperwork, such as receipts, travel expenses, and timecards
* Assisting in project management: Coordinating with teams and following up on project statuses
* Managing and recording supply needs: Sourcing office supplies and handling the filing system
* Some other skills that are important for an executive assistant include:
* Discretion and confidentiality: Handling sensitive information and confidential matters
* Excellent verbal and written communications skills: Writing letters, minutes of meetings, and memos.
* Time management: Helping the executive meet deadlines and complete tasks.
* Microsoft Office; proficient in its core applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Advanced features such as macros, formulas, charts, graphics, and templates to automate tasks, analyze data, and create impressive visuals.
Job Requirements:
* 3 plus years in Executive Assistant experience.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask .
* 3 plus years in Calendar management, Travel Coordination and Customer Relationship Management skills
* Proficient in core applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Strong knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Teams, Google Calendar, etc.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. The estimated hourly range for this role is $24-38 hr.
