Our client in the tech industry is seeking an Executive Administrator to join their team. As an Executive Administrator, you will be part of the App Store and Apple Arcade team supporting multiple directors. - Manage daily schedules, meetings, and video/conference calls for Client's Store directors
- Order supplies for new hires and keep inventory of all equipment
- Arrange team meetings and off-sites
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and other administrative assistants
- Manage purchase requests/orders, booking travel, managing expenses, and mailroom duties
- New hire coordination, ensuring new hires are set up for their first day
- Management and implementation of efficient administrative processes
- Facilities management and conference room coordination
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience supporting executives or large teams
- Ability to utilize tact, diplomatic discretion, and good judgment at all times, especially when exposed to sensitive or confidential material
- Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, with outstanding time-management skills
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, schedules, and support executives with very demanding schedules
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, confident, and professional during high-stress situations
- High integrity; capable of handling confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency with a Mac, as well as with Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Excel, Word, iCal, and other productivity tools
- Confidence and experience collaborating in a highly cross-functional environment
- BA/BS degree preferred, or equivalent experience
