POSITION PURPOSE:
The Executive Administrator will complete all administrative tasks as well as manage projects and activities for executive staff and senior leadership by assisting with initiating, executing, maintaining, and completing programs and projects in the department. In this role you will organize meetings, prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other communications. Along with maintaining schedules/calendars, assist with grant writing, draft newsletters, proofreading, and attend meetings while serving as a gatekeeper and liaison between internal/external stakeholders.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Provide support to the President & CEO, senior leadership staff, and Board Members.
* Coordinate, write, edit, and distribute communication to appropriate stakeholders.
* Prepare agendas and arranging proper setup of meeting space.
* Schedule and organize meetings and events, including making travel arrangements and reservations,
* Develop a schedule for project completion and effectively allocate the resources to the activities.
* Serve as liaison for communication and execution of projects and timelines.
* Determine needed resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete projects.
QUALIFICATIONS:
REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field and/or Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Able to prioritize effectively; Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Planner or Project, Monday, Google Project, ClickUp.
Exceptional customer service skills; Must be flexible regarding work schedule; Resourceful and a self-starter; Must be detail oriented and well organized; Discretion and confidentiality are of the utmost importance in this position. Graphic Design experience preferred (use of Adobe, Canva, and/or like applications).
