Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including scheduling travel and conferences, making appointments, and making changes to appointments. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software. Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email. File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries. Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work. Compile, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.

+ Expense management using Expensify.
+ Time entry for billable time.
+ Calendar management.
+ Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and social media platforms.
+ Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field.
+ Experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role supporting a principal, preferably in the architectural or design industry.
+ Proactive, independent, efficient, and easily motivated.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Professional demeanor with a high level of integrity and reliability.
Work Environment
5 days in office. Opportunity to work alongside executives. Exposure to creative projects in NY, Michigan, and Florida. Work with high net worth clients.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
