In this role you will support the Vice President and Sr. Account Manager with one of our highest-profile accounts, Target.It's a great opportunity to learn the fashion business. We are looking for a go-getter who enjoys working with various team players to provide administrative follow-up, data entry, project management and executive support.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Execute Administrative follow up for Target account
- Enter style creation in system
- Review, verify and confirm product and website copy for web
- Generate, track and confirm Purchase Order Log
- Manage and verify inventory reports
- Extract information and manage Target's, Partners On Line retail portal
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Executive administrative follow-up
- Communication with cross-functional teams
- Professional detailed follow-up
- Target experience preferred. Kohls, JCP, Walmart experience will be considered
- Retailer or vendor experience
- Data entry
Skills:
- Passion for customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Excel and Outlook 2013.
- Ability to multi task and has great organizational skills.
- Pays very close attention to all details in meetings and in everyday responsibilities.
- A true self-starter with a strong sense of urgency to finish tasks on a timely basis.
- Must possess high level of confidentiality.
- Manages and prioritizes numerous tasks on a variety of topics
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experienced in preparing and transcribing meeting notes.
