We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant/Business Manager to provide comprehensive support to C-Suite Executive and manage key business operations. This hybrid role combines high-level executive support with business management responsibilities to ensure the efficient operation of the office and the achievement of strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the executive, managing communications and correspondence with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage the executive's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and documentation for meetings.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain the highest level of professionalism.
Business Management:
- Oversee day-to-day business operations, including workflow coordination, process improvement, and resource allocation.
- Monitor budgets, prepare financial reports, and manage expense tracking for the department.
- Liaise between departments to facilitate collaboration and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Manage special projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Develop and implement administrative systems to streamline operations.
- Supports corporate purchasing initiatives
Office and Team Support:
- Supervise administrative staff, where applicable and delegate tasks as needed.
- Organize team events, retreats, and other team-building activities.
- Ensure office compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA preferred
- Government Contract experience preferred
- 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Manager, or in a similar role.
Skills and Competencies:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and CRM tools.
