EAG is starting the search for an Executive Assistant to Support the CEO.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. The ideal candidate will serve as the CEOs right hand, ensuring that day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives run smoothly. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a high level of discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

* CEO email and calendar management.

* Executive team travel arrangements and event planning.

* Meeting coordination and attendance/note taking.

* Presentation preparation/drafts, research and reports.

* Complete CEO T&E and PTO Approvals.

* Liaise on behalf of the CEO with clients, executives, and partners.

* Provide additional personal administrative support to the CEO as needed.

Position, Experience, and Educational Requirements (Minimum Qualifications):

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelors degree in business administration, communications, or a related field preferred.

* Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role, supporting C-level executives.

* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

* Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.

* Must be eligible to work for ANY employer in the United States; we are unable to sponsor H1B applicants at this time.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment.

* Familiarity with legal contract review and handling basic legal documents.

* Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smart Sheet, Monday.com).

* Experience coordinating with senior leadership.

Work Environment:
